I always fear for any manhua/manhwa updates. They got the worst fait than mangas. Oh and I think this is a manhua (Chinese)? (manhwa is Korean)

Im 98% sure it's not going to be dropped as only manhwas from Lezhin were dropped and this isn't from Lezhin.
"Cherry Blossoms After Winter" is 1 that got dropped and it's not from Lezhin
*But the most of them are indeed from Lezhin. Still they were able to complete translate some in spite the warnings and drama like "At The End of the Road" from Lezhin
That's true, it was dropped because I'm pretty sure they translators got a complaint from the mangaka.

That was because someone tweet the Mangaka that her manga got translated without permission and gave the link from MRM and here =_=
