The plot was inspired

But the delivery, translation and characters failed miserably. Your protagonist characters have to be both likable and relatable or have SOME redeeming quality that makes a reader WANT to sympathize with them. This manga got an F in that category. The uke showed character growth, but it was in entirely the wrong direction. The seme is a lost cause. You can't show a brash asshole who will sleep with anything that moves and, after a scene or two of him thinking sweet thoughts of his partner, expect readers to find him likable. If he had slept with women for his job, I can forgive it. I worked in adult entertainment. It's a J-O-B. You do what you must. But this dick said he sought out women because he "likes sleeping with them" or to torture his lover. Having his skull crushed by his lover was mild retribution.

It helps to actually INTRODUCE antagonist characters. Ikkeuchi(sp) was who to whom, exactly?

To future translators: If your translation skills or your understanding of the language you're translating to is remedial, that's okay AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A PROOFREADER in the translated to language to help you. Without one, a poor translation only leaves readers feeling like a potentially great manga sucked because they couldn't understand it. If you are a fan of a manga or mangaka, do you really want to do that kind of disservice to someone's work that you love? The time and effort that goes into these fan translations is huge. Don't let all that go to waste by leaving a project only partially done or done poorly.

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU. I guess the mangaka tried to portray the growth & development of the relationship between an a$$hole seme & an uke with inferiority complex, with an amnesia twist. But, 60% of it wasn't/couldn't be delivered/conveyed to the reader & 40% was lost in translation(i guess?). From chapter 3, while reading, I couldn't help the feeling that I am missing something important/main meaning behind their inner monologue. It was even more confusing when they became repetitive(NO hate to the translators/scanlators. this is just my guess). Aside from that, even though the concept was nice, the portrayal of the characters left a bad aftertaste.
[SPOILER ALERT] If just saying "i love you" & returning home to exclusively meant love then ALL the cheaters & liars in the world would do so. Worst thing that pissed me off was the dialogue in the end when they were having sex outside, "hey, i love, so open your legs."!! (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
In the end the uke who had a huge inferiority complex to begin with didn't grow a backbone at all & continued to stay with the same scum. Although I must say, the scum improved a lot at the end, but I wish it was for something the uke fought for. It just gives the seme free entry card to future affairs without a single worry!!

Um the uke did have a backbone. Just because it wasn't portrayed in the only way you apparently think it should be portrayed doesn't mean it wasn't at all. Also scrum is what the seme was so why are you questioning why the uke went back? Either the guy is scrum or he's not and didn't manipulate the uke like the scrum he is. T.

Same here. Just because, your personal opinion of the manga/uke differs from mine doesn't make it a fact. I am just as entitled to express my personal opinion as u are. Ur argument doesnt make any sense. If u r wishing for a logical arguement pleas elaborate on that. Seme is a scum, so i cant question the uke's character for going to him? Why? What r u even talking about? I dont understand your last statement either. Did we read the same manga? Did you even read my comment? I am saying this again, if u wish to make it a logical arguement, please elaborate on your opinion. Otherwise to me, it just looks like, u r itching to drag me into a nonsensical brawl. May be i am wrong, but i won't know unless u state ur point clearly.
