There are up to 51 chapters translated here http://acantharians.tumblr.com/
If you don't know how to find chapters there just find the last post with pictures (of last chapter), it's like few posts lower, very easy to find, bellow there are marked chapters that go like "chapters: 27 (a) (b) , 28 (a) (b) ..." etc, just press those and read chapters one after the other (hope that explains it, i'm explaining it bc i saw few people couldn't find how to read chapters and they gave up all together)
They recently stopped translating due to lack of sources, but Tapas started officially translating it and they're posting from chapter 1 and they also changed names to english names , you can read that here https://tapas.io/episode/913594
