The general plot

Okay, short easy summary that hopefully helps:
Ran is cat that turns into human because he wishes to help Kang Jaehyun(main dude)
Jaehyun was a little delusional that his past deceased lover(Hyeonseo) is still alive or coming back so when Rans wish comes true, he believes he is Hyeonseo.
Thankfully, after being in hospital he stops believeing Ran is Hyeonseo and learns to just realize Hyeonseo is gone. :) I hope it's true and also, I hope this helped you.
