Im finding a manga ( it is manhua). The main character is a young boy who only have his father and his family is extremely poor. The boy wanted to go to a magic school a lot so his father even go to beg the principle of a magic school who he knew but in bad term. so when the boy took the magic test to determend what magic he got (lightning/fire/water/...) he end up got two ability, lightning and fire (which is the top 2 magic) . he then soon became the top student but also having the top 2nd student to become his enemy which is the principal family. he joined a kind of magic army that hunt beast using another identify. and while the school only knows he use fire ability, the army only knows he use lightning ability. (so that he could make sure no one knows the two are the same)
