Okay. Here’s the thing. A lot of yaoi is essentially just porn, because some women like guy on guy stuff. (Men can openly liked girl on girl stuff, but for some reason when a women likes guy on guy stuff it’s weird.) anyway, there are also romance stories, romantic comedy yaoi, fantasy yaoi and other things. But point blank, most people read it because they find guy on guy sex hot. And that’s okay. The problem comes when you can’t separate fiction from reality and you take your porn and try to stick it in real life situations. That’s what some people do, and it’s usually the younger people who really shouldn’t be reading it in the first place.

I do. Not a particularly close friend, not really much of a friend either...but I know 'im. Sort of. And I'm queer...according to tumblr, anyway.

I took an LGBT course in this semester. We learned tons about the gay community and its history. There were openly gay, trans, and lesbian people in that class and I can proudly say they are my friend. We also visited an LGBT center dedicated to helping counsel transgender youths who need positive advice. So, no I am not LGBT but yes, I have LGBT friends and have been to an LGBT center.

Well I guess it's just some people that do that but honestly, I haven't met any or read fujoshis do that. I think it's just people in your school or area? Because no one at my school acts like that really and personally, I like yaoi for the romance and development and skip most of the sex scenes. So if you don't like the sex scenes, then skip them too. I suggest picking multiple pages and using a laptop or something with a mouse to quickly scroll down if you are that disturbed

I don't really know but personally, I think it's good to like yaoi because people who like yaoi can't really say I don't like gay people since they read gay things... I had neutral feelings towards the lgtb+ community because I didn't even know what it was about until 6th grade. I'm a person who is accepting in the first place and isn't that against things so liking yaoi just futher makes me support the lgtb community because it shows that romance between same gender people are the same as the romance between any couple, different gender or not. So personally, I care about the community. I would stick up for anyone who's getting bullied. I don't know where people get the thought that people who like yaoi don't care about the community but they're not me so I don't know how they think.

HaHaHa... I've stopped care about this... Mom, I'm all grown up ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ actually its not totally wrong. There're some fujoshis who're homophobic and some who fetishize them. Extremist exists in all field of life. They're antis so they said it. And if it were totally false this anti group would never exist.
In our religion perspection reading yaoi supposed to be a deadly sin so of course its not good. If you're an atheist, you'll have to face a bunch of people bitching you if they knows you're fujoshi. So just stop thinking and do whatever you enjoy! Stay safe!!
