I think the relationship between Ayumi and Araki is that they had a one night stand. In one of the chapters (forgot which one) it mentioned that Araki previously found a man once over/on par with Kyujo, but when Araki tied getting close to the guy, the guy refused. So, yea ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Makes sense... I think I remember sth like that as well. But for real Araki's plan of hooking Koutarou with Sakurai and then consoling Kyujo is too damn complex. Shouldn't he be trying to strengthen Ayumi-san and Koutarou's relationship?! I mean it's wayyy easier. And I think Kyujo won't give up when he sees a weaker rival(no offence to Sakurai, he is nice and all but he's still new to the homo world)
