yes this is what I thought.. they don't seem to be together yet here.. but they will be ;)
He didn't slap the gift away or react badly to being so close just coughed cause of the smoke. They also shared a cigarette and in the middle school chapters he can't handle sharing stuff somebody else or himself used first. Something between them definitely happened. :S I guess we'll find out what when we go back to the flashback chapters.
