My best guess is childhood friend. I agree that blue king is someone who's not good at expressing themselves. But our hink deserves to be happy, not trying to guess someone else's feelings.

I just think that Blue King is one of those seme's that is unable to clearly express his feelings and acts coldly in place of that, he is also trying to teach Hink the ways of the world while Red King is.... Well he's just secluded and protected within his castle walls. I believe Hink needs to know what's out there in the world, if he's with Red King, that would be impossible.
Also, I don't think Ruri and Blue King have something going on between the two of them, if anything, they're related. Thoughts, anyone?
