If I were in their situation and if I lived that that world, I would have no problem giving up my soul to the devil. I mean, I do know that everyone should deserve happiness but there are some people that just need to stay away from it.

Like, how disgusting, immoral and repulsive of a being you need to be in order to participate in something like this???? Thats like, you cant go lower than that. People like that actually shouldn't even be considered as human beings. In those kids eyes, they're fucking monsters. Sebastian probably seems like a goddamn harmless puppy to Ciel compared to them.
Thing is, those twins probably died that day. There is absolutely NO way they could live on after this. They're just broken. OurCiel already died, so whats the problem in offering his soul to the devil right?
