Yona haven't confessed and it's true that she doesn't love soowon anymore. Well, initially it's just puppy love anyway ╮(￣▽￣)╭. Hak and yona are being lovey dovey, kinda like hugs and unconsciously flirting and yona also kissed him too. But it's better to just read it, I love how the author portrays yona's charismatic nature and the story plot is interesting too, it's also not heartbreaking at all.
