I'm a little confused about the last story...Can someone help?

Setona's lover, Jin (original) was killed in am accident so Setona made a clone of him. Setona couldn't love the clone of Jin as he still loved the original Jin who died. So Setona treated the clone Jin badly and ended up drowning. Setona was in ICU and seemed to have lost his memories. Jin (the clone) was angry at Setona for treating him badly and wanted to take revenge so he lied to Setona and told him that he was a clone. Setona regained his memories and realised that he was not a clone and apologised to Jin and realised that he could now love Jin(clone) and could forget about Jin (dead lover). They live happily ever after(⌒▽⌒)

Thank you so much! How were they connected to the dr? Was jin his lover? Or his son? Because in the pic it looked like they were family
