can you imagine being in kyon's place? in this type of situation?? (albeit it is a fiction) kyon is merely a pawn in they're game. you think he asked for this? no. so imagine losing your lover for something you couldn't control nor help. and kyon isn't stupid, he's considerate.

he was really lost at first ok , and he is powerless ! but he's not trying to change the situation he is risking his master's life just so he can stay by his side and it's really selfish , even if lucaon is happy with him, in the end everything will be ruined and lucaon may not trust him anymore , i'm not hating on the character really but right now he's only good at crying and i hope he'll be more active from now on !
i think you should have more faith in kyon and lucaon. as much as you want kyon to have power–because the "main protaginist always has a special quality!"–he doesn't. he's human. (although i do believe there was a reason behind the attack on his family) and lucaon is sure to understand kyon (but i do think his tramua from the incident with that previous servant may come into play and interfere a bit) again, kyon didn't volunteer to infiltrate Lucaon's family house and play the innocent facade of a servant! and what would you do in kyon's position???? not cry?? because honey if you're not doing that you must be prancing up the hills at the humor of these circumstances. and what do you mean by "i hope he'll be more active." ???
Exactly, kyon is human, he has flaws that are obvious like right now, not telling master will affect the plot, and that’s kinda the point. I to, want kyon to hold more power in the future, but that will only come after his internal problems are solved. To explain, I kinda understand why he isn’t telling Lucanon. He had his parents killed( I think that’ll come into the plot later on) at a young age, and had not many family or friends to express his emotions to. He barely goes outside of the house on a regular basis as a servant, and that was even before he knew his entire life was a lie. Lucanon had some people low key help him through the struggles, but I’m not comparing there situations, but more of support. I truly can sympathies with kyon, because he’s in a unwanted situation that he didn’t even want to be in. To know your loved one is your target to brutally murder would be horrible thought, including how lonely he his. At the end, I don’t mind people hoping kyon holding more self esteem and power as in fighting skills, socially and etc. (=・ω・=)
i agree with you ! it's normal to behave like this, i know that he is a human and things are difficult for him , but he's not even trying to change things for now he is just existing and he keeps company to lucaon ,i'm not saying that he should fight but he can be usefull in many ways , maybe i'm being impatient and he'll surprise us !

Never said he was stupid. I really dislike people who can't tell the truth or take no actions. I understand that he's afraid, but he trusts Lucaon why can't he tell him? There will be happening something terrible cause of this
