The editor explains it at the end of the first couple of chapters. From what I understand it’s a Kr manhwa that was translated to Ch by someone else, and then the current translator translated from that and kept all the Ch honorifics and versions of the names. I could be wrong though, so it’s definitely worth looking it up if you’re still confused.

Yeah, I was wondering too. Others have called this manhwa but I'm like, ain't those chinese names? But it would make sense if it's korean to chinese and then to english. Would've been less confusing with the chinese names but it's not that big of a deal.

Nobody reads the translator notes /sigh. I translate this from the chinese version of this manhwa. Yes, this is a Manhwa, but have a chinese version, as some manhwas has their japanese and english version.
Oh, and I use the korean raws, becase they're uncensored<333. The chinese raws are censored.
