I still don't get the idea about the plot

I think its the cliche ''break up story and then goes back together again'' but im guessing there would be some kind of plot twist in the middle or at the end.. but who knows.. it was just my observation though...but we can't really fully know the plot yet because its chapter 1.and maybe you got confused because they use foreshadowing at the beginning
