I read the Spanish version and it went something like this;
·Kurose quits his job and is attending school.
·Kurose & Shirotani are not friends nor counselor/patient relationship, just two people who meet each other occasionally (my heart broke I wanted them to be together!! :’c )
·Kurose apologizes to Shirotani for “lying” (saying once they hit number ten on the list Shirotani will be all cured)
·Kurose proposes to forget everything and start over again, starting with the list.(meaning he want Shirotani to make a new list of things he wants to be able to do and to work on. BUT DUDE! The way he said it it's like he wants Shirotani to write down dirty stuff that they can both do together without judgement!!

· then it just leaves you at a cliffhanger (and your imagination) as to what will Shirotani put down on his new list.
