I know, right? I absolutely hate it when every problem is caused by a lack of proper communication. For some reason like 70% of romance stories have this bs, and it's annoying like hell. I can't believe that if even me, who has social anxiety and way too much pride and self doubt to easily approach people, can just man up and TALK when needed, then why the hell does every story make it look like words are as difficult as a marathon with an amputated leg?

If they would sit down for 10 minutes and fucking TALK, all of this could be resolved but instead we have to watch the two of them make asses of themselves while asshole dude just smiles.
