Lol it was already obvious when her mother and Hyeongoh invited him to dinner, and at one point said that they really look alike, because of how they smile and their facial features seems really similar. Yes they are twins, and no that not a theory or a spoiler.
it is a spoiler. well not the comment above but other comments which stated that they read in laer chapter and approved it. then it is a spoiler and it made me kinda mad (I am one of the person who did not expect this. yes there are people like me who can not see the obvious)

Could it have been that the MC and Namsoo were twins? Or just brothers????
Because they said that the MC was not the real child of the congressman and his wife?? And Namsoo saud his parents were deat but what if both him and the Mc were in an Institut bevore one of them hot adopted snd the other was abused?? Maybe ? That could also explain why Namsoo liked the MC rightaway.....!!!!!!!!?????
