Yeah I know how you feel about that just the thought of him abandoning his son like that wasn’t right I mean parents have the wrong idea sometimes about running away from their problems. But sure no problem I’m glad I was to be of help :))

Yamato's father caused the accident in wich both parent's of his friend died because he suffered a seizure for overworking himself, he went to jail (or at least thats what you can deduce from this panel http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/hinekure_chaser/mh/c020/5/ the glass is like one of those used in prisons to let the recluses talk with their visitors, also Yamato's father has long hair so he probably was there for a while), Yamato was raised by his aunt and it seems that even though the accident wasn't enterily his father's fault Yamato didn't forgive him. Probably after geting out of prison Yamato's father didn't go back for his son because he knew Yamato hated him thus Yamato saying "he ran away" "abandoned him" instead of confronting his son. This could also explain why his aunt is on Yamato's father side.
