For me if Kyujo approachs Kotaro as that jerk (Araki) did to Ayumi, I'm sure Kotaro would turned him down.
Kotaro is just being nice even if Kyujo is enjoing the situation. He really loves Ayumi. Ayumi should trust him a little bit. Even if he said that he knows that Kotaro's heart belongs to him and he is it still upset about the situation.
Ayumi does trust Kotaro, I think who he doesn't trust is kyujo. All the encounters Kyujo has with Kotaro, he's always trying to fuck him. I don't think Kyujo will attempt to fuck Kotaro anymore, but I don't know if it's all a ploy to get Kotaro's trust and then he does it or maybe he just wants some sort of connection with Kotaro even if it isn't a romantic one? ( he seems kinda lonely...).
yup i agree. which is why i'm hoping that kyujo will have some sort of interaction with sakurai because once he sees how pure and innocent he is, he'll fall for him and then leave kotaro alone finally.

i wish that kotaro could've turned kyujo away just like how ayumi did with araki. then none of this would be happening. he better go back to ayumi though. i don't know what i'll think if he goes to kyujo's again that night.
