It may be convenient for BL fanservice, but every time I see it all I can think is that it should come with a fricking Do Not Try This At Home warning!
It was obviously a fucked up thing to do, but you won't suffocate. I've put a warm wet towel on my face to clear my sinuses many times. It really helps and doesn't have side effects like decongestant medication.
