Yes there is a drama by the same name....though I don't really recommend it the webtoon is much better.

No go watch the drama. The actors portrayed the emotions clearly though the storyline was ever-so-slightly modified to fit the drama context. In short it was good
especially Baek in ha (lee sung kyung) character. and jung was chilling. give it a go.
Well the drama has a different ending than the webtoon anyway so you can watch it without spoiling yourself.....but tbh only like the first 10 episodes (and episode 12 I think) are good then it just gets ridiculously bad :/
