Ayumi's happiness is kotaro dont doubt kotaros feelings that much. Theres a difference between having feelings for someone and a random act of kindness. Kyujo mightve done those things to kotaro, but kotaro just feels guilty and wants to make up for hurting his arm. Plus, kyujo is his boss, so he has to be respectful. Trust me, from what ive seen in this manga, kotaro does not have feelings for kyujo.
I’m actually quite pleased with Ayumi’s reaction and I think he reacted in the perfect way. Let’s not forget in like the 5th chapter, Kyujo literally almost raped Kotaro in the back of his car while making Ayumi (almost) listen to it. Kyujo is a bad guy and that’s that. Nothing more and nothing less. Araki is excruciatingly annoying and if I’m being honest, his pestering character and personality makes my blood boil. Theres a limit to how much “fun” someone should have when toying with a relationship (which is actually none at all) and Araki has surpassed the point of irrelevant drama starter. All I want is for Ayumi to be happy, because my mind has drifted from Kotaro at this point. Ayumi deserves happiness and I refuse to read it being torn from him. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
