I have to say I like the plot but it has so many holes on the pregnancy part of it....

it can happen that second kiddo is smaller so it is not seen on ultrasound :) it actually still does happen only that the chance is small... also she could have said she doesn’t want to know what it is gonna be (which is pretty common) to get surprise or something
Surely there's an obgyn in their era right? How come she not know she had a twin? I'm dying with complaints here!!!
