lol, this chapter, the seme is feeling insecure as the uke has been learning and growing skills quickly. To capture his uke, he fakes stomach issues, gets them to a cabin and then waits for Uke to fall asleep to tie them both up to fake a kidnapping. so yeah the seme is a bit bonkers. However it seems he did what was needed to woo his uke whom might have been dating him before. Though I am amused he tried before he did it on the uke to make sure he could escape and not hurt the uke. WHile underhanded and evil, it was presented in a light hearted kind of way that made him more endearing.
