I think your prediction is very likely to happen if we see how the events have been happening lately.
I want to know what the mangaka will do to develop Tamura x Yacchan couple. Tamura obviously likes him, but I'm very curious about Yacchan, since he is currently having a crush on Toono.
Ojay, let's play with the possibilties in the prediction:
Tamura has the tendency to say the opposite of what he really thinks when he's with Yaguchi, and ironically, that part of him ends being an advantage to get close to him, since Yaguchi ends showing his true self in front of him (as in the scene in which he calls him a toilet).
Tamura has already seen Yaguchi's true personality, and apparently he doesn't care at all (judging based on the panels in which he remembers being called a toilet by him I would say that he enjoyed being trashed by him. His crush on Yaguchi is strong). I guess that Tamura (same as Toono) will remain acting the same towards him, and Yaguchi will eventually notice him once he understands that Toono is in love with Kashima.
Well, just my guess.
It's a fact that a Kashima and Yacchan x Toono 3P will happen. I second your prediction too!
I see a lot of people rooting for Kyouske to get Tono, but same as all of you guys it's obvious to me that a threesome is coming.

I don't know if it's obvious, I'm just guessing considering the flow of events that use to happen in this manga (threesomes, orgies,...).
So far, Ogeretsu-sensei has given readers a lot of couples (even if just for sex purposes), YariBu is a sex club after all; but it's kind of foreshadowed that she'll probably please both Kashima/Toono and Yaguchi/Toono fans with scenes for both couples and making a threesome at some point.
Guys, any of you have any idea about what is going to happen with Shikatani? He seems to be the chemistry teacher's favorite, but he always ends punched and most recently, bleeding. Isn't that teacher a bit too extreme? Shikatani is a do-M, but he shouldn't be with that bastard.
Is there an already introduced character that could be his lover that end paired up with him? Or will Shikatani be the only one of the gang that will end alone? :O

I don't know why so many fans think they are/were a couple. To me it was clear that there were no romantic feelings, just friendship. Tamura only has romantic feelings for Yacchan, he blushes when he sees him.

I think Ogeretsu-sensei is going to end this story with Kashima/Toono, Tamura/Yaguchi, and Yuri/Fujisaki (and, with the couples that were established since the begining, like Akemi/Itome).
Right now, the manga is n the stage in which both, Kashima and Yaguchi are interested in Toono (and maybe we can have a threesome? Kashima --> seme, Toono --> uke, Yaguchi --> seke -probably, since: 1. I see a Kashima/Yaguchi situation could happen if Toono is involved, and 2. it's very hinted that Tamura has a strong crush on Yaguchi -and they have some scenes that point out that Tamura will eventually discover his true personality-, plus Tamura is a seke who loves being a seke, so he obviously needs a partner who can do sideways-).

Yuri has Fujisaki as potential partner, and Fujisaki has a crush on him, so we as readers just need to see how Yuri will return his feelings back.
