I'd be surprised (and impressed) if it turns out the alpha get pregnant by the Omega's baby. Other than that? Nah. Just any other yaoi things with ABO brand slapped on it. i find it ironic how everyone here in the comment section goes cazy that the omega tops and even calling it reverse, when the only reverse factor is that he has the term omega slapped onto him (which the japanese mangaka evidently change as much as they want anyway)
