Ahaha I've never seen somebody to become this happy about suggesting something they already read. I don't see people suggesting Moritat a lot so I thought it matches your criteria perfectly. Umm.... I don't have any other yaoi manga on mind but I think of a josei called Cheese in The Trap. It's twisted and gives off same tension as Moritat. You can check this out if you feel like reading anything other than yaoi.
Hmm idk if it's my style tho. I read Moritat and although it was good, the style and design really sucked my energy dry. Because I have tried reading Cheese in The Trap, but l didn't get good vibes. But I'll try it again, thanks (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
