the witch man has always been just a witch. The man witch's mom was a witch too but burned at the stake. The other witches took pity on him and took him in. He has never been in the castle until this moment, but it does seem to have meet one of the princes in the past. The physician was just a normal dude (that we know of) until the sick prince kept killing the other physicians. After some time the physician in the dungeon the sick prince raped him and now is accused of poisoning the sick prince. Don't think the man witch and physician are related in any way right now.
