That is only if he still has some hearing left. A hearing aid is only used to amplify sounds. If he is totally deaf meaning that there is absolutely no hearing capability left in his ears then a hearing aid would not work for him. If he decides to cochlear implants which stimulate the auditory nerve directly then it is possible to for him to regain his hearing ability.
My friend has cochlear implants, so that's why I barfed out all this info hahaha

Everyone is different so it really depends on the damage the ear but my friend said that is works great with her. As for hearing aids again it depends on the severity. I have a costumer who is deaf and he has hearing aids but is still “legally” deaf. He still needs me to write stuff down and sign stuff. ( I know only a few things in ASL) One time my co-worker asked him about this and he said it is better then nothing. Like when he is crossing the street or driving his car, he can hear the honks and other cars.
It's sad that Yohan is never going to hear Soohwa's moans ever...
