In the first chapters they mentioned that the uke had no real sex drive. Without a strong drive it would probably be pretty hard to be the seme, I mean if you didn't desire it you wouldn't push for it.

That is also fairly realistic that not all men have high sex drives and constantly think about sex. Having characters with different levels of drive is one of the struggles real couples face.
tbh having sex drive or not depends heavily on your mental situation,if you are anxious and feeling pressed with daily problems,lack of sleep or bad foo habits the sex drive is unlikely to be there (fuck my englishh)
