Help pls

I'm trying to find a manga that is based off the story a normal high school girl, and one day this guy who is new to the school is transferred into her class. But that kid is actually apart of the military and is assigned to protect her. One day on a field trip things take a turn for the worse, and the plane is held hostage. The main character gets taken by these kidnapped and they do these test on her, because she is this highly intelligent human that they worked on( or something). Blah, blah, blah, she gets saved by the boy and his military friends. He has to fight this guy while there are in theses giant robots, and then they return home safely. But later on in the story more stuff happens. Can anyone tell me the name of this manga/anime?
