I think he's mad a Shun because he doesn't understand what happened between Shun and Sakurako. Shun was kind of forced into the engagement situation and was pressured by strict societal norms and his family and ended up choosing to run away rather than say he was gay. I can't find fault with that because if you think you'll be hurt or kicked out by your family anyway...thats really scary and I don't blame him for leaving. But him and Sakurako were close so he should have been honest with her. I don't think Fumi can understand what Shun was going through at the time so all he sees is Shun stringing Sakurako along, a great girl, then hurting her feelings. I think Fumi is either mad about that or doesn't understand why Sakurako still bothers with Shun. He seems to be protective of her, probably as she's one of the more stable/balanced people in his life. But...I think its possible he might have a crush, we need more chapters!!
Um no Shun told them he was gay. He left before they could react to it. Fumi has a canon crush on her...
Oh shoot, I got my time line mixed up. Either way, he ran because he was afraid of the reaction like I said. I just wasn't sure if there was enough proof that Fumi had a crush on her, though it makes sense
