Can you be a little more specific? Like what exactly should I have experienced? Getting bullied by someone because they apparently liked me? Or me bullying someone I liked because I didn't know how to deal with what I was feeling? I understand this bullying your crush thing (which is very counterproductive lol) But that's not what I meant/wanted you to elaborate on. I don't understand why you said it originates from the parents. I never really heard someone say that so I got curious.
when your little and a boy (or girl) picks on you, alot of parents tell their child (the child who's being bullied) that the reason their being picked on isnt because the other child hates you, its because they like you and want attention.
its very stupid and as my parents dont believe that bs i never had to think like that but i heard many parents say this, including teachers and my friends, so its not only parents making up this stereotype.
(if a kid picks on you it doesnt mean they like you..it means their an asshole lol)
