because jaeha is a grown up and he's smart enough not to go chase eunho with such a bad attitude and jaeha is pretty sure of his feelings towards eunho, he's waiting because he wants to see is eunho was really serious about his feelings or it was just an admiration that he was confusing with love

But still...I would wish for Jaeha to be more direct towards Eunho
