I dont think he deserves rape but come on he really didnt resist with all his might and he wouldnt be threatened if he had told his boyfriend about what happened, the kiss indeed wasnt his faul (although he returned the kissed and used tongue) he is in the fault here... if you are not happy anymore with your reationahip endnit and do things right, dont take a fight cause by misscomunication on both parts as an excuse to get it on with another guy, I bet Tom wouldnt like the seme doing the same :)
