B.S.

I hate blackmail plots that make no sense like this. Like really, you're going to suck a guy off even though you could so easily lie about what you were doing if he told other people? Plus you're popular so even if you came up with a b.s. excuse like "I'm tired and just wanted to be alone" people would probably believe you over the standoffish guy who everyone already dislikes. I can understand feeling cornered but come on

Really, sweetcheeks? You just provided a prime example of why everyone does believe the abusive asshole over their victim without realising the irony of you believing THE EXACT OPPOSITE. OOPS? I mean expecting the victim to prevent rape or abuse rather than, y'know, expecting the rapist to STOP BEING AN ABUSIVE PRICK is a surefire way to get rapists believed over their victims. CONGRATS! Ktbn.

First of all, don't condescendingly call me sweetcheecks. Second of all my comment didn't address rape culture. It's disgusting of you to assume that my statement meant, "don't blame the person who's doing the blackmailing." It's a given that someone who tries to force someone to give them a bj is a piece of shit and unless you see me say otherwise don't make the gross assumption that I said the person who did that shit to begin with isn't responsible. People like you love attempting to pick apart the things people say just to make yourselves feel better and more intelligent.

And honestly, do you know what we definitely DON'T teach enough of in the same vein of rape culture? Telling people that it's OKAY to fight back, use dirty tricks, fucking stab someone for pulling that type of shit with you. Do you know how many women, men, and everyone in between are taught to be passive about this type of behavior? To just accept that behavior because it's the least dangerous path? The fear that we have from abusers like this also prevents us from being able to protect ourselves. The same rape culture that allows pieces of shit to blackmail someone into giving them a blowjob is the same culture that tells people not to bite the dick off the person who forces them too.

SO YEAH, I sincerely would like to see more stories including blackmail in which the victim uses dirty tricks or fights back in ways that they can. The victim in this story could have used his popularity as a means to help himself. The same exact way that I wish someone had told me to knee the balls of this guy who used to grind against me when I was younger. The same way that lots of people wish they had known it was okay to yell back at a guy who yelled vulgar things at them on the street and make HIM afraid and embarrassed instead. Sure, it fucking SUCKS that sexually abusive people exist in this world, but they're never going to stop existing and one of the ways we can deal with it is by teaching people how to fight back against these abusive assholes WHILE making these abusive assholes take responsibility for their actions.

So kindly take your shitty comment trying to target someone who's literally spent the past years trying to unlearn a lot of shitty abusive things about society's rape culture after suffering from assault themselves and shove it up your ass. Next time maybe ask a damn question like, "are you saying it's his fault?" and wait for someone to reply, "no, I'm not saying it's his fault at all. Instead what I'm say is [blank]" And it's still a shitty trope to use, showing an excessive amount of power to rapists so kindly fuck off, "sweetcheeks."

Urm.. What are you so angry about? I mean, if there's rapist in front of you, of course you need to protect yourself, no? What do you expect? Stand still and shouting to the rapist so that he could come to his sense? "Hey, you, stop being an abusive prick!" ??? Really?

I mean, yes, we should prevent those prick to commit they crime. But what's wrong with protect our self, too?

I agree with ya. However, I think that your conclusion is supposed to be obvious to us. It seems like this is the trope or case where they need an excuse to say yes. Japan has high social pressure so things like sex especially between two men is frowned upon. These kind of plotlines are used to give the mc an excuse so the responsibility doesn't fall on him but the seme. That's why many people have rape fantasy's but don't like actual rape. It's the escape from the gaze of society so the Mc can say 'see it's not me I was forced into it' In cases like these no one ever looks at the MC's face and body language. The mc wants to be alone, but due to pressure can't be mean or by himself. He's attracted to men but never realized until it was shown in front of him. He knows he should be saying no, but in the case of him masturabating at that moment he wished to switch places with that uke. The seme is supposed to be a jerk in this case because it let's the uke relieve responsibility for his actions, in a society that would condemned him for it. So yes I love doing the same thing as you, pointing out the possible solutions to getting out of it, but it's so it becomes obvious that the uke is actually interested in this sort of thing. The rough, aggressive behavior, and being commanded to do such acts.Though I'm sure plenty will disagree, but if it was to show realistic rape and not a way of escape or fantasy then I would agree however from all the signs I've gotten from the mangagka I'd say it's more in line with this. People should picture manga like this as a daydream of some adult whose thinking back to their highschool days and asking a 'what if'.(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

You have a good reading of it and I didn't see it that way. I was quick to compare it to other blackmail tropes in which the uke definitely didn't want it, but I can understand where you're coming from with this one about how he's not being really against it. Thinking back, his behavior did suggest what you said. Thanks for the observation. (●'◡'●)ノ

No problem, I'm glad if this makes the story more easy to digest. I know not everyone will agree but I like to give another view on what the mangaka could have been going for so I really hoped I helped ٩(๑❛ ω ❛๑)۶ Still, I'm glad you read my explanation even if it's long, so thank you
