I called him TRANS TRENDER not transgender because he claimed to be trans in the beginning for attention. He is clearly male and obviously identifies as such.
In the beginning he claimed to be trans like its nothing serious. That is a reason to dislike someone NOT because they are trans but because he wrongly claimed to be one.

And in my opinion the author used that "trans" thing at first to attract more people in her story.After the first couple of chapters there was no more mention or correct development for a transgender or "genderfluid" individual whatsoever.Saejoong only thought he was feminine cause he was attracted to men like he told Taehoon in a previous chapter.That is just stupid.
Also he just called himself as "trans" to play the victim like "nobody wants me" so he would win peoples sympathy and get them to have sex with him.
