No problem.
It was probably a One-Shot about two werewolves. One of them was a white the other a black wolf. They grew up as wolves and eventually fell in love. But the uke was chased away by the other wolves, since he was not worth the seme (as they said). He started to live as a human, and after years the seme found him - being quite cross, since he thought he just left him. Then hunters appear and threaten the uke to get to the seme...
