Unfortunately in the latest chapter Kurasuma does confirm that he can not have children. And now I'm going to go hang myself because that was what I really wanted from them *cries* however they finally fucked without a condom on, do maybe there will be a surprise pregnancy *fingers crossed* plleeeease yaoi gods!
