The relationship of those two is rilling me up dammit

I'm dying to see Yashiro's reaction when Doumeki shows up.
Did he really think his man would just accept to be left behind without a word like that? He must know Doumeki would try to contact him.

My only fear is if Yashiro decides he needs to break Doumeki's heart and say something that is a lie just to keep him away. If he says he still in love with the doctor or something like that.
