He has everything but he had to sacrifice so much to get there, by telling the other omega to quit, he's saying that what he has done wasn't worth it, and that he shouldn't go through the same. It shows that he's regretting it, no matter how happy he is now (he's not as it's be seen).
Karasuma did not gain everything by doing nothing. He worked hard and made sacrifices to put himself in that position.
I think... sasabe is right. The first uke does have everything. Telling him to quit the company is a little harsh. He just wants to work like a normal person. But what sasabe has done is not right either. Even so he is just a replacement for the foundation that the first uke has left, right? And so I believe the first uke will save him in his own way?
