They were in relationship about 2 years I think. They met when Jeaha was 26. By his 27 birthday they weren't together but close to it. Now he is 31. So 5 years, minus 2 with the break-up and months where they were just getting there :D

I've just reread LB (for the 7th time a think, yay me ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ ) Jeaha was 26 when he was getting married, and they started a relationship 3 years later, so he was 29. And if he is 32 that means, that first 50 chapters must have happened in less than 2 years = they were togather about a year.
