Whilst reading the lyrics in the manga, I imagined they were listening to the Lauren Hill/Fugees version. But now that I think about it, the original song by Roberta Flack sounds much more depressing and the 90s version is pretty much lo-fi hiphop which would cause happy feelings and dancing...in my opinion anyway XD But the lyrics have always been haunting and the use of them in the story was genius and made me want to break down. The author is seriously talented!
Listening to one song only and still find it good after many many years is one of the sign for major depressive order :'> I think I read it somewhere on the web. Anyway, this is just a guess but Sangwoo doesn't usually listen to music except for 'Killing me softly with his song' by Roberta Flack. Again, I think Koogi will continue the story to explain why this song is the theme. Let's all hope for the best (=・ω・=)
