I think maybe from what I understand, when I don't know his name but I know his face (sorry for the refrence from mr. Jungkok hehe) asked kang jinha what siwon was to him and he answered that siwon was his heart. He kinda started to act weird and he really likes kang jinha if I am right hehe and after kang jinha said that I think the guy started thinking of Siwon that way because what kang jinha said about him being his heart.
