I think it is harder get pregnant than an Omega... what I understand Omegas can easily get pregnant, Betas it can be like normal humans and it is difficult for Alphas to get pregnant... also is hard to Alphas to make no-Omegas pregnant, specially other Alphas... Betas are like normal... and Omegas I have no idea if they xan let others pregnant easily or not... I know for other mangas of Omegas who let others pregnant... but I don't know how easy or hard is...
