I suggest using naver papago app. I use it most of the time because I found it's translation more accurate than google translate. Well, but you at least have to know hangul because if you not, I don't know how many years will it take to read 1 chapter. Learning hangul is very easy, compared to kanji *shudder*. The sentences/phrases used in manhwa are repetitive most of the time you'll get the hang of em soon.

Psss here's a secret (that's not so much a secret): I downloaded the google translate app on my ipod touch and it gives you the opportunity to translate simply by taking a picture and scanning it. BUT... here's the special unique part of this app: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how you can actually WRITE the characters/letters/ kanji/whatever and it'll read your writing and recommend what character you meant to write. You should def get it. Before, I was in the dark about Japanese and Korean. I got the app because I desperately wanted to read raws on a manga, and thanks to that, I feel like I can read anything in the world as long as I have the app!! Granted it isn't 100% accurate, BUT you can understand a whole lot enough of what the characters are saying. This app is SOO useful cause ever since I got it, I've stopped bemoaning "noo it's in blah blah blah language so I can' read it!".
Word tip: Korean to english translation is somewhat smoother and easier to translate than japanese to english, so you'll have no trouble translating BJA as long as you follow what I said. Also, sadly, onomatopoeic sound effects don't translate that well.
