I mean I don't think he spilled the tomato sauce on purpose but he tian is mischievous and since mo refused to come, I think it just happened and he just thought "this would be the perfect way to get him to come over" so he sent the picture knowing what mo would assume. lol.
Do you think He Tian meant is as a joke or intentional? Well we know he can't really cook. Maybe he really is just asking for help to open the can. He is sick afterwll and Mo just misunderstood...but He Tian is...sly.
