my take on it was that when yuito "disappeared," mitsu went looking for him, hence his statement to yuito that if he loses him, he will always go search for him. therefore, he wasn't there to witness from the beginning. i believe that hearing yuito say his name was what aided mitsu in pinpointing his exact location and discovering the pervert.
plus, seeing how jealous mitsu can become, I doubt he has enough self-restraint to allow the pervert to touch yuito, let alone watching yuito masturbate
when I read the comments I thought it was really bad with the "bitings", but when I read it, it wasn't as bad I thought. I mean there other pair do it becuase of love.
