MiXi is still in the states and the other couple (forgot their names, I know one had “Ao” in their name) are off together in college or something. And this is just a new character that’s most Iikely going to be the trope character that’ll be there for Xiao Shang and pursue him during MiXi’s absence becuz there always has to be a love triangle sometime (ain’t going to be a circle for long xD).
